Abstract:Balo's concentric sclerosis (BCS) is a rare demyelinating disorder of the central nervous system (CNS). Distinguishing BCS from other demyelinating disorders such as multiple sclerosis (MS) or from neoplasms can be difficult clinically; however, MRI aids in the identification of the disease.
