A Rare Case of a Giant Renal Angiomyolipoma

Abstract: Schluûfolgerungen: AML ko Ènnen konservativ behandelt werden solange sie kleiner als 4 cm im Durchmesser sind. Gigantische AML sind symptomatisch, und das Verfahren der Wahl ist die totale Nephrektomie. Unser Fall ist einer der gro Èûten AML, die bislang in der Literatur beschrieben wurden.
