Abstract: Hughes–Stovin syndrome (HSS) is a rare potentially fatal vasculitis supposedly belonging to the spectrum of Behçet disease without ocular involvement. HSS tends to play by a temporal pattern, starting with thrombosis and followed by formation of pulmonary aneurysms.
