“…Therefore, treatment with RPDs seems to be a necessary option for SDA from the patients' perspective regardless of the high biological cost, and the SDA concept seems to be applicable in a limited population. Indeed, the SDA concept is widely accepted by dentists in European countries, Tanzania and Japan, but is not widely practised [20,22,49,50].
