A Quantitative Microbiological Risk Assessment for Salmonella transmission in pigs in individual EU Member States

Abstract: A farm-to-consumption quantitative microbiological risk assessment (QMRA) for Salmonella in pigs has been developed for the European Food Safety Authority.
