A Quality Improvement Initiative to Reduce Unnecessary Rapid Responses Using Early Warning Scores

Abstract: OBJECTIVES: The Pediatric Early Warning Score (PEWS) is an evidence-based tool that allows early collaborative assessment and intervention for a rapid response team (RRT) activation.
