Digital service transformation is part of organizational change focuses on enhancing digital service through the use of frontier technologies to generate new value. In public sector, this transformation is used to enhance public value such as citizen satisfaction, cost reduction, and bureaucratic efficiency. Digital service transformation framework for public sector is essential in order to achieve bureaucracy reform and minimize mal-administration in government service. This research aimed to provide framework for implementing digital service transformation in public sector through two approaches: theoretical approach using meta-synthesis method and empirical approach using surveys and interviews. The synthesis process is conducted on the life-cycle, stages, activities, and its supporting components. The results of meta-synthesis were additionally supported by survey conducted with thirty-five practitioners of digital service transformation in eleven public sector institutions, followed by interviews with eight of them. The survey and interview results showed that the designed framework was relevant to the needs of transformation activity in the government agencies of The Republic of Indonesia. The designed framework is expected to serve as a guideline for stakeholder in public sector, especially in Indonesia, in implementing digital service transformation in their respective units.

The use of information systems (IS) in the public sector has significantly increased, especially with the introduction of the electronic government system (EGS), which makes it easier for citizens to access government services. Even though there has been a lot of investment in information technology (IT), it's still unclear how much these investments improve productivity. This study thoroughly examines research papers, journals, and conference reports from the past ten years to assess the effect of information systems on the performance of government workers in different areas. Following the reporting standard for systematic evidence syntheses (ROSES), a detailed search was conducted using databases such as Web of Science and Scopus. The study uses the PICo (population, interest, and context) strategy to identify key areas of focus, such as Skill development, return on investment (ROI), strategic decision-making, and innovative thinking. This research plays a crucial role in developing policies and guiding the deployment of information systems to enhance the effectiveness of government officials and other stakeholders. It also looks into factors and situations that might improve or weaken the impact of IS on performance in government contexts. The outcomes of this systematic review help in understanding the complex relationship between information systems and the performance of government workers more clearly. The findings provide valuable guidance for policymakers, government organizations, and scholars, offering strategies to make the most of information systems to improve government workers' performance and productivity.

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, cyber threat groups continually adapt their attack strategies, presenting a significant challenge for organizations striving to protect their sensitive data and mitigate these threats. The optimization and expansion of threat detection surfaces have become increasingly complex especially for smaller organizations due to the constant evolution of Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) groups' attack methodologies.This project aims to propose methodologies for building a threat detection model by mapping out APT group techniques to the MITRE ATT&CK framework and running Adversary Emulations in a simulated environment to our defense system. Following a purple teaming approach, the project will simulate adversary tactics to attack systems, and subsequently employ procedures for threat intelligence and threat detection security mechanisms to help enhance an organization's overall cybersecurity posture.
