A Prospective Phase II Trial of Induction Chemotherapy with Docetaxel/Cisplatin for Masaoka Stage III/IV thymic Epithelial Tumors

Abstract: Neoadjuvant docetaxel/cisplatin is both feasible and well tolerated, and potentially improves surgical resectability in patients with advanced TETs.
