Purpose: to compare the surgery and radiotherapy related outcomes, toxicities and cosmesis of patients undergoing breast conserving surgery and adjuvant external beam radiotherapy having intraoperative electron boost radiotherapy (IEBR) versus postoperative boost interstitinal brachytherapy (PIB).
