Abstract: ÖzetFarkındalık temelli uygulamalar sağlık personelinin hem kendini, hem de diğer bireyleri anlamasına olanak tanımaktadır. Farkındalık temelli uygulamalar yalnızca stres azaltma tekniği değil, aynı zamanda varoluşu ya da yaşamı anlamanın bir yoludur ve sadece hastalıklarla baş etmede kullanıl-mamalıdır.
