A Procedure for Modeling Genetic Diversity Distortions in Populations of Organisms with Mixed Reproductive Strategies

Abstract: We propose an approach for modeling the pattern of the genetic diversity of microsatellite markers in a population with a mixed breeding strategy. Part of the population is reproduced sexually, and part is produced asexually.
