A Principle Framework for Determining Timely Completion of Building Projects in Public Tertiary Institutions in Bauchi and Gombe State, Nigeria

Abstract: Building projects embarked upon in most public tertiary institutions in Nigeria were reported to have experienced delay in completion. “…Due to the peculiarities of the study location, 80 samples of questionnaires were distributed using the convenience and snowball sampling technique approaches to the accessible construction experts in the study area, particularly in the towns of Damaturu the state capital, as well as in major towns such as Nguru, Gashua all in Yobe state.
