The study intended to distinguish the level of organizational citizenship behavior among teaching personnel in the Department of Education Division of Davao del Norte. This study applied quantitative research and nonexperimental research design using correlational research design alongside regression analysis to identify which indicators of psychological capital and employee engagement influence organizational citizenship behavior among the identified sample size of 368 teaching personnel within the 11 districts of DepEd Davao del Norte. Additionally, Mean, Pearson-r, and Linear Regression Analysis were utilized to attain the study's objective. The results showed that the indicators of psychological capital, employee engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior got very high results. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between psychological capital and employee engagement in organizational citizenship behavior. Further, regression analysis resulted in psychological capital and employee engagement influences organizational citizenship behavior. Conversely, self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience domains predict organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, vigor, dedication, and absorption domains predict organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, psychological capital and employee engagement influence organizational citizenship behavior among teaching personnel in DepEd Davao del Norte.

Introduction: online collaborative decision-making processes in health have developed over time and surpass the academic field. The objective of the research is to analyze the scientific production on crowdsourcing in health during the period 2019 - 2023. Methods: the research was developed under the quantitative paradigm approach, from a retrospective - descriptive and bibliometric study. A systematic search was performed according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement. Results: the search was conducted in the SCOPUS database and 289 research results on crowdsourcing in health in the selected period were identified. Of the 289 research studies analyzed, 60% are original articles. The area of knowledge that stands out the most is medicine with 159 research papers. A total of 162 journals were identified in which the research was published, the most cited being Translational Psychiatry with 364 citations. In addition, the institutions with the highest representation are The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine with 23 and 17 researches respectively. The most relevant author is Tucker, J.D. with 17 publications. The country that published the most was the United States with 122 publications. Conclusions: It is concluded that crowdsourcing in health as an online collaborative process between institutions, specialists, patients or experts in the health sector allows solving research problems, based on tasks directed by the crowdsourcing administrator, has developed over time and surpasses the academic field.

Objective: An intangible resource called social capital is essential for promoting social cohesion, advancing the economy, and improving the general welfare of people and communities. It may be divided into two categories: bridging social capital, which deals with interpersonal connections between various groups or communities, and bonding social capital, which is concerned with interpersonal connections inside a certain group or community. Menthod: The approach utilized in this article is a literature review, a method of gathering information that entails comprehending and exploring theories found in different literature sources relevant to the research. Result: In order to comprehend how social capital affects social cohesion and community development, as well as the similarities and variations between urban and rural communities in Indonesia, it is important to first understand how social capital is formed and maintained. Conclusions: The research assesses the challenges and possible benefits related to increasing social capital in Indonesia's urban and rural locations.
