A predictive model incorporating the change detection and Winsorization methods for alerting hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia

Abstract: This paper focuses on establishing an effective predictive model to quickly and accurately alert hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia for helping control blood glucose levels of people with diabetes.
