Abstract: Background and Aims: To investigate risk factors for developing acute heart failure (AHF) after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial(STEMI) and develop a predictive model for the risks. Methods:A total of 810 STEMI patients were divided into a modeling group (n = 655) and a validation group (n = 155).
