A praeeclampsia pszichoszociális vonatkozásai

Abstract: A praeeclampsia kialakulásához egyes esetekben pszichés faktorok is hozzájárulhatnak neuroendokrin és immunoló-giai mechanizmusok közvetítése révén, amelyek közül kiemelhető a hypothalamus-hypophysis-mellékvesekéreg tengely aktivitásának fokozódása és a proinfl ammatorikus citokinek szérumszintjének emelkedése.
