Abstract: Sjögren's Syndrome (SS) is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by focal mononuclear cell infiltration into target organs such as salivary and lacrimal glands, leading to sicca symptoms. SS is characterized by the production of numerous circulating autoantibodies.
