Abstract:Pleuropulmonary blastoma (PPB) is Avery uncommon, mesenchymal malignant tumor in chest cavity that occurs mostly in children before preschool age (less than 6year old) . while it is the most popular primary pleural and lung tumor in children and adolescent malignancy.
