Abstract:The electron density distribution (EDD) of a plant cyclic nonapeptide of orbitide type was studied. Crystal X-ray diffraction data was obtained from the Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) and refitted using scattering factors of the invariom library, thereby providing aspherical electron density.
