A Planning and Optimization Framework for Hybrid Ultra-Dense Network Topologies

Abstract: The deployment of small cells has been a critical upgrade in fourth-generation mobile networks as they provide macrocell traffic offloading gains, improved spectrum reuse and reduce coverage holes.
