Abstract: Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMNs) are precursor lesions to pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) that are challenging to manage due to limited imaging, cytologic, and molecular markers that accurately classify lesions, grade of dysplasia, or focus of invasion preoperatively.
