Abstract:Background: We investigated afatinib in elderly patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation-positive advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Patients and Methods: This was a single-arm, open-label, phase II study, performed in multiple centres in Japan.
