Abstract: Futibatinib is a covalently binding FGFR1–4 inhibitor that received US Food and Drug Administration approval for the treatment of patients with previously treated, advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma harboring FGFR2 gene fusions/rearrangements.
