The second goal of Sustainable Development (SDGs) is the realization of sustainable agriculture to reducing hunger and achieve food security. One of the indicators of sustainable agriculture is social equality which includes fairness in access to information and market access. However, in practice, in realizing social justice, many smallholders cannot access information and markets, resulting in social inequality. Especially in Riau Province, which is the largest palm oil producer in Indonesia, contradictory conditions exist in the trading system for palm oil fresh fruit bunches (FFB), which still leaves independent farmers with many problems. They do not get prices according to government regulations because they have not entered into a partnership with the Palm Oil Company (POC). To overcome this problem, the Riau Provincial Government formed a partnership palm oil pricing team involving the private sector, community, academics and the press. The aim of this research is to create dynamics of collaborative governance in determining prices for palm oil FFB in Riau Province in order to achieve justice in sustainable agriculture. This research uses a postpositivist approach with descriptive qualitative methods. Using data collection techniques in the form of participant observation and indepth interviews can offer alternative solutions to the problem of inequality in justice for independent farmers. The findings reveal that the dynamics of collaboration between parties, joint motivation to collaborate and equitable pricing, and there is a capacity for joint action in the pricing of oil palm FFB in Riau Province. These three factors have proven effective in providing open access to information and markets for independent partners and nonpartner oil palm smallholders in Riau Province.

Stunting is an urgent issue that must be addressed immediately because it will affect the quality of Indonesia's human resources in the future. Human resources are the essential factor that determines the success of a country. This research aims to examine the development of stunting research in 2017-2022. Bibliometrics helps communicate discipline developments for other research purposes. This research aims to map the development of stunting research in 2017-2022. The findings of this study can be a starting point for further research on stunting. The research method employed was quasi-qualitative and bibliometric analysis. The research data is from articles from Google Scholar metadata for 2017-2022. The keyword "stunting" for screening articles and journals must be indexed on Google Scholar or SCOPUS. The results of this study indicate that the 994 articles indexed in Google Scholar and SCOPUS are indexed research articles. Trends in public administration research topics include policy implementation, policy evaluation, government, innovation, and community participation and potential for further research related to the study of collaborative governance within the framework of cooperation and effective institutional models for stunting.

Desa Emas is Elimination for Stunting in the Village that focuses on action to catalyst the reduction of stunting that carried out in 18 district/city in East Java. This program is initiated requires cooperation in achieving the goals. Collaboration that actively involves various sectors is very important, especially using penta-helix strategy include government, college, community, media mass and business partners to commit the acceleration of the stunting reduction. This study aims to describe the implementation of the penta-helix strategy "Desa Emas" in the perception commitment and stunting reduction in Sumenep Regency, East Java Province. The method used is descriptive qualitative with purposive samples, data obtained through in-depth interviews, observations and FGDs to the staff of the Health District Department, sub-district PLKB, village heads, BUMDES managers, family support teams consisting of midwives, PKK cadres, and family planning cadres in 10 stunting locus villages in Sumenep Regency. The results showed that the Sumenep Regency Government had optimized the policies that were prepared with cooperation support of government officials until the village level, media mass, business partner, community, and academic support. The national support for stunting reduction is very important, because of that the action plan of penta-helix strategy is needed to support a commitment to accelerate the stunting reduction sustainability.
