A parallel BLDC FSPM machines with wide fluxweakening capability

Abstract: As solutions to the problem of flux-weakening in brushless DC (BLDC) motor, sophisticated control methods and high switching frequency in flux-switching permanent magnet motors, this paper presents a novel parallel permanent magnet fluxswitching motor, which inherits the advantages of permanent magnet motor, e.g. high power and torque density, and good fluxweakening capability.
