Abstract: Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA), or more specifically, Failure Modes Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) has been accepted as an effective condition monitoring assessment tool used widely by the mili-tary, traditional industries and reliability relevant engineering systems.
