Abstract: The majority of basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factor (TF) subgroup S1 play significant regulatory role in response to abiotic stress. However, their functions and underlying molecular mechanisms in abiotic stress responses are less known in wheat (Triticumaestivum L.).
