Abstract:Overactive bladder (OAB) is experienced by more than half of patients with untreated Parkinson's disease. Treatment of overactive bladder in these patients has included antimuscarinic anticholinergics, raising concerns about the possibility of exacerbating cognitive impairment or constipation.
