A novel treatment resource for co-occurring symptoms

Abstract: Purpose – This paper describes the development of a novel integrative self-directed treatment tool which uses cognitive behavioural therapy techniques to reduce anxiety symptoms in patients presenting to treatment for alcohol-related problems.
