Abstract: A Novel Synthesis of Fluorine-Containing Quaternary Amino Acid Derivatives via Palladium-Catalyzed Allylation Reaction. -Optimal reaction conditions for the selective C-monoallylation reaction of protected amino acids (I) are found.
