A Novel Smart ECO Model for Energy Consumption Optimization

Abstract: 1 Abstract-Today we see various small automated devices that are used to regulate the energy consumption in households. Most of these devices work autonomously on a specific set of appliances or only for specific necessities, such as heating or cooling. The proposed smart energy solutions are focused on gathering datasets of the historical data for energy consumption and then propose different algorithms for analysing these datasets. In this paper, we investigate the possibility of using a new Smart-ECO model, … Show more

“…This leads to indoor temperature out of control, which easily cause chilling injury and frost disaster [3]. Then greenhouse fruit and vegetable production will slash, which seriously bruise the enthusiasm for production of farmers [4]- [6]. Therefore, it becomes the key factor to ensure crops production in winter that how to effectively keep greenhouse soil thermal energy storage and soil temperature stable.…”

“…For maritime vessels, the main considerations include wave, surge, wind and stream; while for inland ships, the current directions are different for upstream and downstream voyage. These factors periodically affect the resistance of ships, thereby affecting the main engine power and energy efficiency level (Malekian et al 2015;Jin et al 2016;Xin et al 2016) of inland ships at a certain speed. Therefore, optimisation of speed under particular navigation condition becomes the focus in the study of increasing ship energy efficiency.…”

“…The article [13] investigated the possibility of using a new Smart-ECO model, consisting of a smart device, in order to optimize the electricity consumption per appliance. A method of production scheduling oriented to energy consumption optimization for process industry was proposed in article [14], which is based on selfadaptive differential evolution algorithm.…”
