A novel risk score model based on four angiogenesis long non-coding RNAs for prognosis evaluation of pancreatic adenocarcinoma

Abstract: Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been reported to play significant roles in tumour angiogenesis which prominently facilitates pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD) progression. Methods: The clinical PAAD data were obtained from TCGA database and clinical specimens of 122 PAAD patients. The Molecular Signatures Database v4.0 was used to identify angiogenesis-related long non-coding RNAs (ARLNRs). Survival-related ARLNRs (sARLNRs) were further validated by univariate and multivariate COX regression ana… Show more

“…[ 42 ] AC015660.1 also can be used as an angiogenic factor-related lncRNAs to evaluate the prognosis of pancreatic cancer. [ 43 ] In our study, AC015660.1, as a genomic instability-associated lncRNA, was involved in predicting the prognosis of pancreatic cancer, indicating that AC015660.1 may be a potential target for PAAD treatment. LYPLAL1-AS1 rejuvenates human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells and can be used as a therapeutic target to resist hADSC senescence.…”

“…LINC01091 can coordinate the microRNA-128-3p/ELF4/CDX2 axis and thus promote gastric cancer growth and metastasis by way of exosomes on one hand ( 60 ) and can act as hub lncRNA in DNA methylation-related prognostic signatures of prostate cancer ( 61 ). AC015660.1 is involved in the angiogenesis of PAAD ( 62 ) and inflammatory correlation of gastric cancer ( 63 ) as hub lncRNA of prognostic signatures. In contrast, AC007292.2 has no previous relevant studies.…”
