A Novel Neural Network based Model Predictive Controller for Congestion Prevention in IP Networks

Abstract: Design of a neural network based model predictive controller for UDP(User Datagram Protocol) flow caused congestion, in IP( Internet protocol) networks is proposed in this paper.
