Abstract: The objective of this study is to demonstrate a novel method for the reconstruction of right recurrent laryngeal nerve (RLN) by transforming into nonrecurrent RLN: the end‐to‐free vagal laryngeal branch end anastomosis. Here we report a case of locally advanced thyroid carcinoma.
