A novel laser scattering spectrum diagnosis method for distinguishing label free cells with tiny different structural properties

Abstract: A novel label free cells identification method is put forward. Even interval incident angle algorithm (EIIA) is developed which is effective in distinguish label free cells with tiny structural property differences. The spectra of human acute leukaemia Jurkat cell models with different nuclei are processed by EIIA to test the sensitivity and reliability of this identification method.
