Abstract:This study describes a multidisciplinary approach for correcting a severe Class II malocclusion with reduced mandibular transverse dimension. A 35-year-old woman presented with an increased overjet, complaining chiefly of forwardly placed upper front teeth and unpleasant smile esthetics.
