Abstract:Network survivability is the capability of a network to provide service in the presence of malicious attacks, system failures, or accidents. This paper surveys the issues and challenges in survivable wireless Ad Hoc network. A novel gravity law-based survivability model for Ad Hoc network is first proposed. The robustness of the wireless node and the gravitation between the nodes are measured. And considering the transfer direction of business data, a correction factor f({}) is introduced. The proposed surviva… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
