“…Recently, inspired by various immune metaphors, immune algorithm, one of the new computational intelligence methods, has drawn significant attention from the researchers. The significant work includes CLONALG, RAIN, and aiNet, etc. However, CLONALG is reported to be more easily convergent to the local optimum than EA when the researching landscape is not uniform. Some works also indicate that the application of RAIN is inevitably limited by its normalized data, while the performance of aiNet is very sensitive owing to its many parameters. , It is believed that integrating different intelligent technologies into a more powerful and effective system can solve the remaining tough problems in the artificial intelligence field. Therefore, in this paper, we combined fuzzy logic with an immune algorithm and proposed a fuzzy adaptive immune algorithm (FAIA) to predict the optimal operation conditions of the p -xylene oxidation reaction, which provides technical support for the improvement of TA production and further raises the economic benefits of PTA production.…”
