Abstract: This paper introduces a novel channel and carrierafrequencyaoffset (CFO) estimation scheme for orthogonalafrequency-divisionamultiplexing (OFDM) transmission over time-varying channels. The proposed design is highly flexible and compatible with orthogonalamultipleaaccess (OMA) and non-orthogonalamultipleaaccess (NOMA) transmission.
