A novel epigenetic signature for predicting the prognosis of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

Abstract: Background Aberrant DNA methylation is often involved in carcinogenesis. This study is designed to establish an epigenetic signature to predict overall survival (OS) of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
