A novel elevator group control scheduling algorithm based on pseudo differential feedback

Abstract: For the non-determinacy of transportation characteristics of the elevator group control scheduling process, an elevator group control system model is established, which including the shortest waiting time, the shortest by ladder time and the least energy consumption. Along with a scheduling strategy of elevator group control based on pseudo differential feedback (PDF) control which can content the requirement of an adaptable elevator group control performance is presented. The algorithm will be improved to ach… Show more

“…These changes are addressed by using a solution bank memory or excluding some quality solutions that are found for different traffic patterns to obtain fast convergence, respectively. However, the latest trend in calibration systems consists of solving the problem without inferring any data from statistical memory [41]- [45].…”

“…Elevator group can be controlled using a pseudo differential feedback. It includes least waiting time calculations along with shortest ladder time for scheduling decisions [8]. Particle swarm optimization is also another method which charts simple realization and fast convergence for elevator group control [9].…”
