A Novel Dual-absorption Photodetector with High Bandwidth-Efficiency-Product
Abstract: A novel high bandwidth-efficiency-product dual-absorption photodetector is designed. The 3dB bandwidth of 39.3GHz and the quantum efficiency of 63% are achieved, and thus the bandwidth-efficiency-product is improved by 30% compared with mushroom dual-absorption photodetector.
