Abstract

A Novel Dipeptide-Based HIV Protease Inhibitor Containing Allophenylnorstatine. -A large variety of derivatives related to the lead substances KNI-577 (Ia) and KNI-901 (IIa) are prepared and investigated for their structure-activity profile.
