A novel design of optical logic gate AND, OR and NOT with Polyvinyl-Chloride Multiwalled Carbon Nano Tube

Abstract: Faster computation requires higher speed and higher data rate for digital circuits. To achieve this requirement photonics digital circuits are one of the solutions. Here we represent the design of AND, OR and NOT optical logic gate with Polyvinyl-Chloride MuItiwalled Carbon Nano Tube (PVC MWCNT) waveguide.
