A Novel Concept of Reversing Neuromuscular Block: Chemical Encapsulation of Rocuronium Bromide by a Cyclodextrin-Based Synthetic Host

Abstract: Stark wirksam bei geringen Nebenwirkungen: In der Anästhesie dienen Muskelrelaxantien zum Einstellen guter Intubationsbedingungen über eine tiefe neuromuskuläre Blockade; am häufigsten wird hierfür Rocuroniumbromid verwendet.
