A Novel Classified Ledger Framework for Data Flow Protection in AIoT Networks

Abstract: The edge computing node plays an important role in the evolution of the artificial intelligence-empowered Internet of things (AIoTs) that converge sensing, communication, and computing to enhance wireless ubiquitous connectivity, data acquisition, and analysis capabilities. With full connectivity, the issue of data security in the new cloud-edge-terminal network hierarchy of AIoTs comes to the fore, for which blockchain technology is considered as a potential solution. Nevertheless, existing schemes cannot be … Show more

“…Han et al 28 designed a blockchain for the artificial intelligence‐empowered Internet of things (AIoTs) and introduced a new method classified ledger framework on the basis of the lightweight blockchain (CLF‐LB). It divides and saves data rights at the source and makes complete protection of the data flow in the AIoT environment.…”

“…BDDT 27 overcomes the data utilization and trust issues caused due to IoT and provides high security but it takes more time for completing the transaction. CLF‐LB 28 reduces energy consumption and provides blockchain for data flow protection but it suffers from scalability issues. Logisticschain 29 reduces computational overheads and makes the blockchain decentralization but sometimes it becomes inefficient.…”
