In today's tumultuous and competitive business environment, executives are more motivated than ever to demonstrate their teams' mettle by stellar results. The European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) has developed and verified the Excellence Model (EFQM) as the gold standard for measuring an organization's pursuit of excellence. An updated integrated strategy that incorporates fuzzy logic into the EFQM model is a powerful tool for boosting an organization's overall performance. This research utilizes the EFQM paradigm to suggest a novel and all-encompassing strategy for enhancing corporate performance. We looked at the specific situation of the Iraqi Oil Tanker Company to determine how doable the strategy actually is. With the use of the EFQM framework developed by the European Foundation for Quality Management, we have shown how useful this tool is for pinpointing both strengths and places for development. The RADAR Logical Method and Fuzzy-Based Strategy were utilized in this case study (EFQM). Matlab was used to apply the suggested technique for assessing the performance of the Iraqi Oil Tankers Company during a three-year period.

In this paper, we introduce collection of intuitionistic fuzzy sets as a new concept of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. In ordinary, universal set in intuitionistic fuzzy sets is classical set. So in this paper, we generalize the universal set as a collection or family of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. We also present intersection and union operation on collection of of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and show that the operations hold commutative, assosiative, idempotent, and De Morgan’s laws properties.

In managing today's dynamic and challenging business environment, managers want to show that their firms stand apart. The most common way to do this is to raise performance levels consistently. An organization's progress toward organizational excellence can be measured using the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model, which is the most accurate and relevant method. The EFQM model is used in this research to provide a novel integrated strategy for improving overall organizational Performance. RADAR's approach and the proposed technique based on fuzzy Logic were used in a case study at the Iraqi Oil Tanker Company to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method, which was demonstrated by using the European Foundation for Quality Management framework to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement ( EFQM). The Matlab software was used to implement the recommended strategy.
