Obstetric nursing is not only complex but also prone to risks, which can have adverse effects on hospitals. Improper handling of existing risks in obstetric care can lead to enormous harm to patients and families. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the risks of obstetric nursing, especially to predict the risks in a timely manner, and take effective measures to prevent them in time, so as to achieve the purpose of allowing patients to recover as soon as possible. Data mining has powerful forecasting function, so this paper proposes to combine the data-mining-based support vector machine method and XGBoost method into a forecasting model, which overcomes the shortcomings of unstable forecasting and low accuracy of a single forecasting model. The experimental results of this paper have shown that the prediction accuracy of the SVM-XGBoost combined prediction model has reached 100%, the accuracy of the single SVM prediction model is about 78%, and the accuracy of the single XGBoost prediction model is about 75%. Compared with the single SVM model and the XGBoost prediction model, the accuracy rate had increased by about 22% and 25%, and the precision rate and recall rate are also improved. Therefore, it is very suitable to use the SVM-XGBoost combined prediction model to predict the risk of obstetric nursing.

In recent years, with the progress and development of social science and technology, remote monitoring of Internet of Things systems has attracted more and more attention. The remote monitoring system is mainly a network system with convenient layout, simple maintenance, and high security performance built on the basis of the wireless network, which can realize real-time monitoring, and collects transmit information. It is mostly used in remote monitoring of room temperature, remote monitoring of intelligent furniture, engineering construction, and teaching. Communication technology dominates the operation of remote monitoring systems. With the introduction of 5G technology, mobile Internet technology has been pushed to the top of technology again. Using 5G mobile communication technology in the monitoring system, people can observe or operate the monitored things at any time. The sensor is an indispensable component of the remote monitoring system, and a new type of optical fiber is added to the sensor to make the system function more complete. However, the related technology is not very mature, and the research on remote monitoring system is relatively backward in China. Relevant studies have found that when the remaining energy of the information node in the remote monitoring system reaches 10%, the information node will die and the speed of information transmission will decrease. Therefore, adding new technologies is conducive to improving the performance of remote monitoring systems.

The nursing curriculum is to be modernized to improve the student’s skills in meeting the recent trends in medical and healthcare fields. The curriculum improvements are based on expert recommendations, authors, and informative data from different web sources. The challenging task is to improve the readability and understandability of the curriculum to real-time standards. Considering the above facts, this article introduces a refined curriculum with Internet information analysis (RC-IIA) method. The proposed method incorporates the distributed Internet, journal, and previous curriculum information within the active nursing syllabus. This prevents repetitions and less-informative content within the active curriculum. Besides, classification learning for knowledge-based representations is used within the curriculum to improve competency. Based on the refined information, a recommendation-based curriculum is preferred for varying information across different standards. The proposed analysis method relies on existing and distributed information across multiple curriculum providers for leveraging the visibility and prolonging the stealth of the nursing curriculum.
