A Novel Approach to Measure the Hydraulic Capacitance of a Microfluidic Membrane Pump

Abstract: A novel approach was proposed to measure the hydraulic capacitance of a microfluidic membrane pump. Membrane deflection equations were modified from various studies to propose six theoretical equations to estimate the hydraulic capacitance of a microfluidic membrane pump.
