A Novel Approach to Imidazo[1,5-a]pyrazines

Abstract

A novel one-pot approach to the imidazo[1,5-a]pyrazine system has been elaborated based on the cyclization of 3-[(2-amino-1,2-dicyanoethen-1-yl)amino]-2-(benzoylamino)propenoates with orthoesters.
